Rock City Tattoo is a private studio owned and operated by Lila Rees. Lila has been tattooing for over 20 years and has been working privately since 2008.

The shop is art forward and focuses on the artistic side of the craft.

Lila specializes in large scale, custom designed tattoos. Lila is well versed in a variety of styles; particularly black and grey realism, illustrative, freehand and fine line tattooing.
